• All Savannah Center motors are variable speed, which means power is provided on demand.

• Kitchen exhausts are temperature controlled as the heat goes up so does the exhaust. As it cools down the exhaust fan is reduced.

• On Demand Water Heaters

• All rooms are on sensor switches so lights go on or off automatically.

• As many Fluorescent Light Bulbs as possible

• Savannah Center Air systems exhaust stale air. The fresh air is either heated or cooled by the air being exhausted. 80% efficient for reclaiming energy.
